Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• During launches, sales, or pre-orders, processing times may be longer. Pre-order shipping dates will be clearly listed on product pages.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and carrier rates.

• Standard delivery typically takes 5–8 business days after processing.

• Expedited shipping may be available at checkout for an additional cost.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays outside of our control.

Order Tracking

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

• Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order items will ship starting [ e.g., October 15, 2025].

• If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may ship together once pre-order items are ready.

Shipping Locations

• We currently ship within the United States.

• At this time, we do not ship internationally (but we’re working on it!).

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• Cozi MyndScape is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@cozimyndscape.com with photos so we can make it right.
