Cozi MyndScape Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel at home with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and free from damage, smoke, or pet hair.

  • Exceptions:

    • Candles must be unburned and unlit.

    • Socks must be unworn and unwashed.

    • Custom or sale items are final sale.

Refund Options

  • Full refund to the original payment method, or

  • Store credit—your choice.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives defective or we made an error.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we’ll cover all return costs and make it right.
